Business Code of Conduct
Lindt & Sprüngli has defined globally binding principles and guidelines that require all employees and managers to behave in an ethically, legally, and socially responsible manner. Human Rights Policy

Supplier Code of Conduct and Compliance Declaration
Lindt & Sprüngli is committed to conducting its business in an ethical, legal, environmentally and socially responsible manner. We expect similar-principled conduct from everyone with whom Lindt & Sprüngli has commercial dealings. Child Labor Monitoring and Remediation System (CLMRS) Guidance Document
To provide guidance to our suppliers on how to effectively protect children’s rights and support them in complying with our Supplier Code of Conduct, we have developed this Child Labor Monitoring and Remediation System (CLMRS) Guidance for suppliers. The Guidance Document is tailored to our cocoa supply chain and describes more specifically our expectations of, and proposed approach to, the prevention, monitoring, and remediation of child labor, as part of our responsible cocoa sourcing program, the Lindt & Sprüngli Farming Program.

External Assessments Methodology of Earthworm Foundation
The External Assessments Methodology for the Lindt & Sprüngli Farming Program explains the standard procedure for external assessments conducted by the Earthworm Foundation. The methodology allows us to consistently compare achievements and progress in the implementation of the Lindt & Sprüngli Farming Program across countries, implementation partners, and years. It also aims to increase transparency regarding the methodology applied during the assessment.
Theory of Change
The Theory of Change describes the rationale of change the Lindt & Sprüngli Farming Program aims to create. It links the interventions (inputs) of the Program to the aimed outputs, outcomes, and the long-term impact the Program aims to achieve.
Verification Guidance
The Verification Guidance document sets the foundation for the verification in the Lindt & Sprüngli Farming Program. Further, the document contains the minimum requirements the farmers should be able to fulfill after having attended all the training modules.
